Weight Loss Wednesday

Oh how I wanted to avoid this little Wednesday MeMe - the scale was not my friend this week. I did not have a bad week, so it was a bit frustrating to not see that reflected on the scale. I increased my fiber by a serious amount this week, which has caused a back up in my internal plumping (if you know what I mean). Lesson learned - increase water when you increase fiber.



Favorite snack this week: 4 tablespoons of hummus and sugar snap peas for dipping. This yummy little treat will only cost you 2 points!

I've heard that when you have a high amount of fiber you are supposed to have an even higher fluid intake. I don't know if that's true though.. Good luck.. I hate it when my internal plumbing is on the fritz.

I think you did have a bad week! Remember when that "person" took your special yogurt??? I am sure it caused emotional trama...right? We could make that be the reason for the rough week! Come on friend...you gotta be better at finding excuses! :-)

On a serious note..you are doing great! You have changed your mind set and are eating with a conscience! So, don't be so rough on yourself!
