Tuesday's Tip Jar



Are you dieting? Does your sweet tooth sabotage you like it does me? My way around it is sugar-free, fat-free instant pudding. It sounds so simple, but it really works. I usually have it after the kids have gone down for the night. When that insane craving gets to me at 2:30 in the afternoon and has me searching for the nearest candy jar, I am now able to think of the pudding that I am going to make for myself. It works for me.

Have you tried the Jello singles? Portable!

I'm not as big of a jello fan. It doesn't do a lot for me. In addition to the pudding, I also love the extra berry gum - really works in the afternoon when I have a sweet tooth. Chewing gum gives me a headache. So I only gnaw on it for 10 minutes or so.
